Sustainability, data, risk, compliance, software and security often meet inside the same business decision. Companions Corp exists to connect those disciplines around evidence, ownership and a practical path forward. Founded in Bosanski Petrovac in 2023, the company is jointly owned by Dino Hadžić and Ismar Hadžić.
From October 2023 to August 2024, Companions Corp contributed engineering and quality-assurance capacity to a Norwegian risk, privacy and compliance software platform through a contracting partner. From August 2024 to February 2025, the company contributed to international product delivery as a subcontracted member of the Orangesoft team, working within the wider Hyperspace Ventures delivery team.

Dino Hadžić
Dino Hadžić is Co-founder and Director of Companions Corp d.o.o. His work brings together software engineering, data science and quality assurance, with a practical focus on APIs, front-end applications and delivery automation. During the company’s 2023–2024 Norwegian software engagement, he contributed as a Frontend Engineer and in QA. He later contributed to mobile application delivery for Carea as a subcontracted member of the Orangesoft team within the wider Hyperspace Ventures delivery team.
Ismar Hadžić
Ismar Hadžić is Co-founder and co-owner of Companions Corp d.o.o. His work combines company building with hands-on product delivery. During the company’s 2023–2024 Norwegian software engagement, he contributed as Full Stack Engineer and Lead. He later contributed to mobile application work for SaunaBox, Carea and ZÜMI, and big-data systems for EATS2SEATS, as a subcontracted member of the Orangesoft team within the wider Hyperspace Ventures delivery team.
